Hello,

We are excited to welcome you to our family friendly club, here you will be able to complete registration for 2023 Winter & 2024 Spring - U15-U18 High School Teams. 

-You are required to fill out contact information, emergency information, age verification (ID, Passport, or Birth Certificate), selecting a program, sign a few waivers, and check out at the last page. 

-We accept Visa, and Mastercard transactions. 

2023  Winter Season Details:

• Duration: December - Early March
• Training Days: Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Training Time: 5 PM, 6 PM, or 7 PM 
• Home Field: Wheeling Park District or Mount Prospect Park District Facilities.
• League: Working to join a new league associated with IYSA or Champions League in Northbrook (You have to sign up for a membership with Athletico. $35 Fee is not associated with Windy City FC)

2024 Spring Season Details:

• Duration: April to June 2024
• Training Days: Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Training Time: 5 PM, 6 PM or 7 PM
• League: YSSL - Various Divisions 
• Home Field: Mount Prospect (Majewski, Sunset, Sunrise, Friendship) or Wheeling (Heritage Park)

You will have the option to:

1. PAY IN FULL or
2. Use our deposit and 12-months Payment Plan option.
3. Select your option at the last page of this registration.
